Treatments
General Swedish Massage Techniques
The manipulation of soft tissue and joints using
various forms of strokes. Pressure varies from
light to deep. The techniques are Effleurage
(gliding/sliding), Petrissage (kneading), Tapotement
(rhythmic tapping), Friction (cross fiber or with the
fibers) and Vibration (shaking).
Cupping Therapy
Using negative pressure (or suction) the muscles
and soft tissues are lifted enabling an increase of
blood flow and oxygen into the affected area. This
technique is very beneficial for scar tissue release,
muscle tension and circulation.
Facial Cupping
The gentle use of cupping therapy to decrease fine lines
and wrinkles.
Relaxation Massage

the full body at a slower pace and light pressure to
induce relaxation and help ease your body and mind
of stress and tension.
